50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €439 is due.
Notes
Full amount paid minus $500 USD per house per rental week if notified at least two months prior to stay. Refund when notified less than two months prior to stay only if the house is re-rented, and then for the amount of the new rental minus $500 USD per rental week for each house rented.
